This sheet outlines how the Flyer Representative role works, including pay, daily process, travel arrangements, and performance expectations. Read it in full before beginning your route.

1. Compensation

  • Earnings: on average $300–$400 per day
  • Pay Period: Friday through the following Friday
  • Pay Date: All earnings for the pay period are issued the following Monday

2. Daily process

  • Knock on the door and wait for a response.
  • If someone answers: ask the three required questions and record their responses in the app immediately.
  • If no one answers: leave a flyer at the door and mark the address as 'Not Home' in the app.

3. Travel & housing

  • Flights and housing for your assignment are arranged and paid for by the company in advance.
  • These costs are deducted from your pay over time.
  • Housing typically averages approximately $33 per day, though actual costs may vary by location and could be higher.

4. Performance standards

  • Reps are expected to knock on every door on their route — flyers should only be left without a knock when no one answers.
  • Route activity is monitored through the app's geo-location data, which reflects time spent at each address.
  • Company vehicles periodically check routes throughout the day to confirm reps are actively working their assigned area.
  • Reps found distributing flyers without knocking (i.e., dropping and moving on without attempting contact) will be terminated.
